Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college degree. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high about her position. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavier weight day.
