She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during the midst of dramatic change and growth. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She has a passion for learning, and she views management and team building as her most valuable asset. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored leaders who have demonstrated effectiveness and outcomes. Her experience has helped cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and beneficial change for people and teams.
